Located at the intersection of I-12 and Highway 21, Pinnacle Nord du Lac is highly visible and centrally located in the growing North Shore community. Nord du Lac also offers a variety of dining experiences from restaurants such as Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel, Firehouse Subs and Steak ‘n Shake.

Pinnacle Nord du Lac is comprised of 214,000 square feet of existing retail space. Cypress Equities recently acquired the property and is beginning construction of its Phase II to complete parking, drive-aisles and buildings for the 94,500 square feet of new lifestyle shop space available Summer 2017. This lifestyle component will include local, regional and national fashion and restaurants. Future retail development will contain 165,000 square feet.

Some of the elements which make Pinnacle Nord du Lac the bulls-eye for the Northshore & St. Tammany Parish are as follows:

*Pinnacle Nord du Lac services a Primary Trade Area of 169,000 people and Secondary Trade Area of 372,000 people, pulling shoppers from adjacent cities and parishes.

*Contiguous to the center will be a new 6-acre Mercedes-Benz dealership, with projected opening Spring 2018;

*New residential development consisting of 225 apartments (Phase I projected to open Summer 2017) and 160 residential lots;

*Adjacent to the center is earmarked for the St. Tammany Parish Children’s Museum, a performing arts facility, amphitheater, convention hotel, outdoor nature trails and walkways;

*Ochsner Health Center – Covington is a 98,500 sf multi-specialty facility located on the on the Northwest corner of I-12 and Highway 21. Ochsner is expanding this facility and will be offering new services including neurosciences, sports medicine, and physical therapy in 2018;
