Meg joined Corporate Realty in 2000 as a Leasing and Brokerage Specialist. She has over thirty years experience in the commercial real estate industry, including property management, leasing, development, construction, sales, financing, and consulting.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Meg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of New Orleans. Meg has actively negotiated sales, leases and refinancing for private and institutional clients. Since 1998, Meg has been responsible for leasing efforts at Energy Centre, a 761,500 square foot Class A office tower. As both a Landlord and Tenant Rep, Meg has negotiated over 5,000,000 square feet of leases in buildings large and small.
Meg's professional designations include Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Supervisor (CAPS). She is a Real Estate Broker in the States of Louisiana and Mississippi. Additionally, Meg has been involved in several professional organizations, and has served as a director on the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors and its Commercial Investment Division, and IREM LA Chapter 55.
